Terms and Conditions
YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THE SITE AND THE SERVICES YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT.
Reservation Policy
· There is a three hour minimum services requirement.
· Liberty Limousine Service does not accept cash.
· A 20% driver gratuity will be added to the total.
· A valid credit card is required when booking a reservation. Liberty Limousine Service accepts all major credit cards but does not accept cash or checks.
· A 50% non-refundable deposit is paid at time of reservation. The remaining balance will be paid 5 days prior to reservation date.
· If a reservation is made within 7 days of the reservation date, the entire balance will be charged at the time of reservation.
· Seasonal and Major Event Booking Policy: For proms, holidays, major events, weekends and seasonal rentals during March, April, and May, the balance is due 10 days before the date of service.
· All charges will be paid by the “Card of Record” provided by the Client when the reservation is made.
· The Client shall be the person providing the Card of Record and only one person or entity can be the Client.
· Client Instructions: The Client of Record is the only person authorized to instruct or direct the Driver.
· All extra charges from Overtime Services or from any other related fees per the Damage Policy on any other applicable charges will be paid in full on date of service from the Card of Record.
· Liberty Limousine Service does not carry accounts or bill for services, without exception.
· Retention of Personal Card Information: Liberty Limousine Service does not retain Client credit card numbers and information after the end of the reservation period.
Pickup, drop-off, no-show and additional overtime service:
· Overtime Service Limitation Policy: As Liberty Limousine Service may have multiple reservations scheduled for the same day, all reservations must conclude in time for the Driver to depart and prepare for the next reservation. Accordingly, Overtime Service is and must be limited to 1 hour after the end of the scheduled reservation time period, unless there is no additional subsequent reservation scheduled.
· Overtime Service: Additional overtime services are billed at $185 per hour, plus 20% driver gratuity and miscellaneous expenses (if applicable) and charged to the Client’s Card of Record immediately at conclusion of reservation time period.
· One Way Drop-off Policy: The reservation time period also includes the time and charges applicable to the return trip from the drop-off point.
· Client Instructions: The Client of Record is the only person authorized to instruct or direct the Driver.

Cancellation Policy
· If any reservation is cancelled within a 7 day period prior to time and date of reservation, full payment is charged and non-refundable.
· Any cancellations made within 10 days of proms, holidays, major events, weekends and seasonal rentals during March, April, and May, holidays will result in forfeiture of 100% of total bill.
· Liberty Limousine Service is not responsible for service delayed or not rendered due to traffic conditions, accidents, or any other unforeseeable act of God.
· In case of mechanical difficulties, a replacement vehicle will be provided if available, and if a replacement vehicle is not available 100% of total will be refunded if limousine broke down during the first hour of reservation.
Additional Services and Miscellaneous
· Charges commence at the start of the scheduled reservation time, whether passengers are present or not.
· If the scheduled reservation time has started and the passengers are “no-shows” the reservation is cancelled, without refund.
· If Client requests driver to wait additional time, additional charges will apply.
· Upon making a reservation, Client acknowledges and agrees that all unpaid deposits and balances are authorized by Client; billable and payable on the credit card provided by Client and payable in full no later than the immediate end of the reservation time period.
· For most reservations, hourly rates include fuel, taxes, and tolls. Once a reservation has been made and confirmed, the total number of hours reserved and paid for cannot be reduced. If your limousine service ends early for any reason, you will still be charged for the total amount specified in the original limousine reservation form from Liberty Limousine Service.
· There is no refund due if Client does not utilize the limousine for full period of time, start to stop of reservation.
Mileage Policy
· Pricing variation is based on use of limousine for an average of 30 miles per reserved hour.
· Mileage beyond 30 miles per reserved hour will be charged at a rate of 1.50 per mile and payable in full date of service.
Damage Policy
· There will be NO SMOKING in any of the limousines contracted.
· NARCOTICS OR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ARE PROHIBITED AND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE with no refund.
· The consumption or possession of alcohol of anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and thus will result in immediate termination of service with no refund.
· If at any time the service is terminated due to unruly conduct, damages to the vehicle, or abuse of any kind that Liberty Limousine Service deems valid, no refund of money will be made.
· Liberty Limousine Service is not responsible for personal property left in vehicles, and highly recommends that any and all personal valuables be removed from the vehicle when unattended. Client agrees not to exceed the passenger capacity of the vehicle provided.
· Liberty Limousine Service reserves the right to refuse service as it deems appropriate.
· Liberty Limousine Service inspects each vehicle before, during, and after each rental. In the event of damage suffered as a direct result of the actions of either the client or guest, the Client shall be responsible for any and all harm and damages suffered by the company, its agents, employees, or third parties, including but not limited to the vehicle in regard to cleaning, breakage, burns, spills, stains, or other interior or exterior damage to extent of the actual cost to repair or replace. Common charges for damages to the vehicle are as follows:
$10 per broken glassware
$50 minimum for any items lost or removed from the vehicle
$50 minimum for excessive trash left in the vehicle
$250 minimum for interior damage (burn holes, rips or tears in upholstery, etc)
$250 minimum for interior damage (burn holes, rips or tears in upholstery, etc)
$250 minimum for any exterior damage
$250 minimum shampoo and disinfecting on interior due to sickness
$250 cleaning fee for smoking in the vehicle
Damages and costs to repair damages not specified in the above list will be determined by third party repair facilities and Client is liable for the payment of those costs.
Loss of Service: If Client’s use of limousine causes loss of subsequent reservations and a loss of revenue during the repair time period, Client shall be liable for 50% of the amount of the lost revenue.
· Liberty Limousine Service inspects and cleans the interior and exterior of each vehicle thoroughly before and after every reservation. All damages that occur will be determined on a case by case base (if applicable).
· Limousine Capacity: No more than 12 passengers will be allowed to ride in our limousines due to maximum capacity laws and safety issues.
Dispute Resolution
If there is a dispute between a Client and Liberty Limousine Service, Parties agree that it will be resolved in dispute mediation, by an accredited, licensed Mediator.
